Physical Exam - Orthopedic, neurological and spinal examinations, as well as posture analysis are performed to determine general health status and problems.
X-rays - May be utilized to further assess your condition only if physical examination indicates the need for further studies.
Diagnosis - Based on history, examination, and X-ray findings.
Treatment plan - A personal treatment plan will be developed for you.
Treatment methods, along with spinal manipulations, may include ultrasound, deep muscle therapy, therapeutic electrical stimulation, and controlled exercise. It may also include lifestyle counseling, such as providing exercises aimed at building flexibility, strength and overall well being.
